If the foundation of a building is not strong it will eventually fall. You are an individual with your own unique lifestyle, mind/body, relationships, career, practices and tendencies. And within your life you probably play 4-5 different roles revolving around your career, family and friends. 

All of your tendencies, habits and moods are built on a foundation that is entirely unique to you. To shift your mindset we need to reframe these foundations.

Most of the time we know what we want in life but lack the energy needed to pursue it. By increasing your vitality and prana (life force) you will cultivate the energy you need to reach your highest goals as well as manifest your deepest and highest potentials.

To transform on the deepest level we need to know ourselves. This includes understanding how our thought patterns and lenses through which we live impact our outer social life and our inner spiritual life.

Until we are deeply anchored in understanding of our true nature, we can’t expect to dance and flow with life.

To shift your mindset we will focus on:

We will focus on developing an honest, content and fulfilling relationship with your mind, body and consciousness which will then reflect in others.

Creating fulfilling visions and aligning yourself to more meaningful and fulfilling things

Almost every client of mine has an understanding or direct experiences of the spiritual dimension However, they also feel that this insight is not positively shifting their day to day life. I help them align well integrated spirituality into their day to day dualistic world.

Let’s shine light upon deeper intelligence. So that you can become aligned with the universe and cosmic cycles, collective wisdom and your inner conscience.

All life arises from bliss or ananda and must eventually return to it. We are all seeking lasting happiness, freedom and well-being in life both for ourselves and for those who are close to us. You can’t “work” with this sheath, if all the above are in play then Inner soma flows and becomes experientially self evident.

To develop this inner Bliss we will:
